Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GuestDrop ("the Service"), operated by AuraFarm, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

GuestDrop is an event photo-sharing platform that allows event creators to generate QR codes for guests to upload photos and videos. Uploaded media is stored in the creator's connected Google Drive account or secure cloud storage.

3. Account Registration

  • Event creators must sign in with a Google account to create events
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • Guests do not need an account to upload photos via QR code

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Event creation costs 0 per event (one-time payment)
  • Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets)
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
  • Refunds are available within 24 hours of payment if no photos have been uploaded to the event

5. Event Duration and Access

  • Each event is active for the duration set during creation (default 30 days)
  • After expiry, the event QR code and gallery link become inactive
  • Photos stored in your Google Drive remain permanently in your Drive

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates others' rights
  • Use the Service to distribute malware or conduct phishing attacks
  • Attempt to access other users' events or data without authorisation
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service
  • Share event QR codes publicly for the purpose of collecting inappropriate content

7. Content Ownership

  • Photos uploaded by guests belong to the respective photographers
  • Event creators are granted access to uploaded photos through their Google Drive
  • GuestDrop does not claim ownership of any uploaded content
  • Event creators are responsible for obtaining consent from guests regarding photo usage

8. Google Drive Integration

  • By connecting Google Drive, you authorise GuestDrop to create folders and upload files on your behalf
  • GuestDrop accesses only the folders it creates for your events
  • You can revoke Drive access at any time through your Google account settings

9. Limitation of Liability

GuestDrop is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for loss of uploaded photos due to Google Drive issues, network failures, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the event (₹0).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
